We have been fortunate enough to work with some inspirational architects and designers, on some beautiful side and rear extensions in a wide range of styles and finishes. Most extensions will require either planning permission or a certificate of lawful development. If you have already appointed an architect then we can usually use their construction drawings to provide a quote. If you have not yet appointed an Architect then we are happy to recommend people who we have worked with. We can help to get your project underway as efficiently as possible.
As with extensions, these will usually require either planning permission or a certificate of lawful development. However, due to the nature of loft design and construction, we are usually able to expedite them quickly, and with minimal disruption to the rest of the house.
We have installed many stunning bathrooms and shower rooms. We have trade relationships with dealers for most of the well-known sanitaryware and brassware brands. We also have access to trade deals on a wide range of tiles for floors and walls. Most importantly we know how to design bathrooms for maximum impact and how to install the fixtures and fittings as intended by the manufactures.
We are a dealer for a well reputed German designer kitchen manufacturer and an English bespoke kitchen and furniture company. We design and install beautiful kitchens and built-in furniture at competitive prices.
Experience has taught us that increasing access to natural light is a key criteria for most extension and refurbishment projects. Therefore we have fostered partnerships with the top designer glazing manufactures, in addition to establishing dealerships with manufacturers of traditional timber sash windows, shallow profile bi- folding and sliding doors and Crittal door and window manufacturers.
Achieving a high standard of finishing is key to making your home look amazing, yet qualified and experienced painters and decorators are increasingly difficult to find and they are often the least valued of the trades. At London Wells we take huge pride in the quality of finish provided by our professional team of painters.
Who we are – London Wells Construction is a building company specialising in residential refurbishments and extensions throughout London and the South East. We have developed an outstanding team of professional and experienced tradesmen, able to deliver the high quality of workmanship expected by our clients.
What we do – We extend and renovate homes, from digging the foundations to painting the walls. Most of our projects involve a combination of new kitchen and/or loft extensions, combined with alterations and renovations to the interior space. We are usually recommended to our clients by their architect, their interior designer or by a friend.
